Experience crystal clear audio with the lightweight Plantronics Voyager 4210 UC's single speaker wearing style. This premium wireless headset is built sturdily enough to handle everyday use while the technology itself incorporates some of the latest features for headphones. The soft leatherette ear cushion helps to reduce background noise while sitting comfortably against the ears so users can clearly hear callers on the other end.
Whether you're in the office or on the go, the Plantronics Voyager 4210 UC connects with your Bluetooth devices and computer applications like softphone calls and voice dictation. Keeping one ear free allows you to hear others around you and not break any laws while driving!
Mobile work is more pleasant with the Plantronics Voyager 4210 UC's noise cancelling microphone so users and customers on the other end can carry on a pleasant conversation without excess background noise. The headset also has an adjustable headband and bendable microphone so it can suit exactly the position it needs to in order to be worn comfortably.
Finally, you’re covered with a two-year advanced replacement warranty for peace of mind. That means two years of our support: if our team determines that your Plantronics Voyager 4210 UC is defective, we’ll ship a replacement that same day and cover the shipment cost to do so.

So far I really dislike this headset. It won't stay connected to Ring Central and I randomly fade in and out of the call. Also even though this is a wireless headset I cannot even go out of the room on the headset, if I do it drops the call.
It's always possible the headset could be defective. Also, did you download the Plantronics Hub to update the headset? If not, try that and see if it's any better. https://headsetadvisor.com/blogs/headset/how-to-update-your-headset-using-the-plantronics-hub
Plantronics Voyager 4210 UC Bluetooth Headset With USB Adapter
I found this headset to be far to bulky and heavy. There are much smaller and lighter models available for all day use. Positive feature: it could connect with my office phone and cellphone via Bluetooth so I could answers calls from both with the same headset
At first I thought I could make adjustments so that it would fit comfortable, but to no avail. It is unevenly weighted and does not sit properly.
Worked right out of the box. Easy set up. Light weight
I bought a $50 pair online a few weeks ago for working from home. Everyone said I was fading in and out. Got my Plantronics this week and everyone says they sound much better. Also, they connect really quickly to my devices and to the computer (because of the dongle). Very happy with these. Worth paying the price (not that they are outrageous, but they aren't cheap either).
