It took a little time to get it working properly but now that it is, it's great! Works well and great sound quality. Love that it came with a backup battery for long days, If needed. So happy to be wireless again after our company decided to go from hard phones to IP based calling. It works great with vaya One X. I will recommend this to coworkers

Good headset, but battery life isn’t. My battery needs to be changed after 3 or 4 hours of straight use. I work on the phones all day. With an hour break.
I think it’s great so far I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a wireless headset that works with the avaya one X soft phone with auto answer
I've been struggling to find a headset that works with Avaya one-x agent soft phone with auto answer. This one does. It even came with a backup battery in the charging port. I'm very happy with it.

Love the headset, it is very much needed! However, there is a slight issue with the mute switch, whereby muting the mic is hit or miss.
Glad you love the headset! I agree on the mute button though, it could be made a bit better or placed in a different spot.
