Discover D312U Dual Speaker USB + 3.5mm Wired Headset

I was sincerely hoping that a company that would specialize in headsets would be able to produce a product that was reliable. Unfortunately that is not the case this headset lasted about a week using it for some call center work before the microphone just decided to stop working all together I was in the middle of a call center shift this hurt my proactivity and really probably hurt my stats for the day I would never in my wildest dreams ever consider repurchasing another product from this miserable company ever again what a complete waste of my time and what a frustrating issue I could have had avoided had I not purchased this piece of shit product I hope all of you can learn from some of this and maybe consider doing some quality control or something I have never seen a headset fail just from doing nothing but use it what a complete failure

My wife has struggled for years to find "just the right headset". Office/phone headsets are typically lacking in quality/fit. She's been forced to using heavy gaming headsets for Teams/Zoom meetings which is overkill because she usually has to turn the computer volume up to 90% to hear the conversation and the microphone picks up a lot of ambient noise such as the space-heater under her desk.
I read the other reviews and watched the demonstration video for the Discover D312U and thought it might just work.....???

My wife is amazed and said the D312U is the best headset she has ever owned. Simple adjustments to the headband/ear cushions provided a perfect, lightweight fit. The connection/speakers are so great she had to turn the computer volume DOWN to 15%. Best of all......the microphone is fantastic. People on the other end of her calls said they could not hear any ambient sounds at all and she sounded incredibly professional. One person commented her voice was crystal clear, like through an isolation chamber or deep space.

We are extremely happy with this product and would definitely recommend it to others without hesitation, especially when marked down to $39.99.

I work in a noisy environment and needed a microphone that did a good job of blocking background noise without breaking the bank. After reading several reviews I settled on the D321U. The noise cancelling quality of the microphone is FANTASTIC! I also think it's comparable to headsets that cost 2–3x more. As an added bonus, being able to plug it into a USB or 3.5mm jack is very handy, and allows me to move seamlessly to different computers or mobile devices. Definitely a great deal for the price.

Sound quality is excellent and the feel is really great this was a way better purchase than the Discover D714U Earbud Headset For Business Calls and Music. I believe those headset are more so for listening to music/cell phone usage not for work usage.

This has been a great product! I ordered it as a test product before ordering more in bulk from y'all. It has far exceeded my expectations and qualifications, which is why I just got done ordering 25 more of them and will be ordering even more still in the future through y'all. Crystal clear sound from the microphone and audio from the speakers. Y'all have been great to work with and are selling a wonderful product here. A big shout out to Cooper Johnson!
