Cooling gel memory foam cushions: The Discover D722U is built for all day comfort and fully encloses your ears to help reduce the unwanted distractions around you. It's like wearing pillows on your ears!
Noise canceling mic boom: The last thing you want is callers on the other end hearing your dogs barking, kids crying or co-workers talking. The D722U has a noise canceling microphone that's very flexible to get the perfect mic position for crystal clear calls. Even better, you can wear the mic on the left or right, your choice.
Plug and play: Out of the box you can connect the D722U with your PC, Laptop or Mac via USB-A or USB-C. Compatible with RingCentral, Teams, Zoom, Cisco, Google and most leading UC applications.
Call controller: Simply adjust your hearing volume or mute/unmute your mic from the headset.
Built in speaker: If your computer doesn't have speakers, now you have a speaker you can turn on or off. This allows you to hear incoming calls from your computer call software, listen to audio without the headset on, or it's a good way for supervisors to listen in on calls.
Sidetone: Most headets require an app for you to download to adjust sidetone. If you can't download software on your work computer, you're in luck because the D722U allows you to turn on or off sidetone by holding the mute button for 3 seconds, no software required.
Looking for dual speakers but something a bit more lowprofile? Check out the Discover D712U (little brother to the D722U)
Sound quality is great and, according to my clients, they can hear me clearly. I really like the flexible microphone and snug ear covers.
This is such a high quality headset. I love the flexible microphone and the large ear covers. Thank you Headset Advosor!
I truly like this headset. The ear muffs are comfortable. I don't have any complaints right now.
Hi Jakera, thanks for your feedback, and great to hear you're liking the new headset! Let us know if we can ever assist in the future.
Excellent product, excellent customer service and follow-up.
The headband pinches hairs from my head so I taped it up. Callers can have a hard time hearing me even with the software input all the way up, but I experienced this on my previous set so maybe it’s the computer. Luckily, you can put the mic really close to your mouth so they hear you better. The volume controller is closer to the headset (2ft) than the usb, which is not a good design. If you want to walk around the volume controller is hanging in the air.
I like the headset. It's overall better than the basic headsets we got from the company. It sounds good and is very comfortable to wear. The only issue is I think callers can't always hear me loud & clear. I have to check the recordings to make sure it's not just me not using the headset correctly or it's the headset itself. I have a feeling it may just be me so I'll look at the instruction manual again. Overall it's a big improvement over what I what I was using before & am very satisfied with the headset.
