I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided by Josh. It makes me feel comfortable purchasing from this vendor. I would definitely recommend them.
After using the D713U the only downfall of the device is the size of the actual ear piece, it can be difficult to keep in your ear sometimes, with some movement it seems to fall out quite often. The sound quality is great, as well as the microphone quality. I did not have any echoing on my end or the my counterparts end when talking . Product was very easy to use, simply plugged into my computer and was up and running for my zoom meetings. Quality of product is great, the D713U will get tossed every once in awhile after taking it off, has held up fantastic. The device compares well to some higher end devices, for the lower cost of the D713U , it is a good buy.
