You'll need your order number and shipping zipcode at hand
Print your Free Label
Once your return is approved, you'll be emailed a shipping label. Print your pre-paid return label and attach it to your box. Make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels and seal the box completely.
Ship it back!
Drop your box off at any authorized UPS shipping center or request a pickup

We have a generous Trade-in program. If you have old headsets or are unable to return an item; you can always get cash or credit for your equipment.
You may return any item purchased from Headset Advisor within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Any items over 60 days may be refused or be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Learn more about our return policy
When can I expect a refund?
Usually in about 3-5 days from when we receive the return. Make sure to include the return authorization number to prevent any delays.
What do I do about warranties?
All of our propducts are covered with a bare minimum 1 year advanced replacement warranty that is covered directly from us. That means you don't have to hassle with the manufacturer; we make it seemless and easy. Simply get started with your return and state warranty replacement. Learn more about our warranty policy
