In the case that our support team was unable to resolve your problem then no worries as you are covered under our Headset Advisor Warranty for either 1, 2, or 3 years depending upon which model of headset was ordered. The warranty starts from the date of purchase and valid proof of purchase is required.
What's covered under the Headset Advisor warranty?
The warranty only applies to defective factory material and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. This warranty does not cover defects or damages that are caused from misuse, abuse, contact with liquid, using the product or accessories for improper or abnormal use.
Consumable Components Exempt from Warranty
Some components have a limited life span as they are subject to normal wear and tear and are exempt from warranty, unless they are found to be defective or broken upon purchase. Below are examples of exempt consumable items.

How does the warranty process work?
During the Warranty Period simply contact one of our Customer Support Team Members and provide your order number.
Once your warranty is approved we will advance replace a new or refurbished replacement unit at our expense, including shipping both ways!
You will be emailed a prepaid return shipping label to send back the defective item(s) the items must be sent back within 14 days to avoid being charged for the replacement unit at full retail price.
During the warranty period simply contact one of our Customer Support Team Members and provide your order number.
When your warranty exchange is approved, we will advance replace a new or refurbished replacement unit at our expense, including shipping both ways!
You will receive an email that will contain a prepaid return shipping label to send back the defective item(s). NOTE: The items must be sent back within 14 days to avoid being charged retail price for the replacement unit.

At Headset Advisor, we want to make sure that you’re happy with your purchase. However, if a return is needed, we want to make it as easy as possible for you.
If for any reason, you’re unhappy with your product and would like to return it, you’re covered for 60 days from the date the product was delivered.

Once your return is approved, you'll be emailed a shipping label. Print your pre-paid return label and attach it to your box. Make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels and seal the box completely.
If you’re not satisfied with your product, you have 60 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your product.
After 60 days, Headset Advisor reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a 20% restocking fee.
ALL returns must have an RMA number. Any return shipment that arrives to our warehouse that does not contain an RMA# will be refused. Call us at (800) 683-5715 or email us at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number if you have a return.
Shipping charges for replacement products and customer returns will be covered by Headset Advisor.
If your product was ordered using a credit or debit card, refunds will be applied to the same card used to make the purchase. Refunds can take 2-5 days from the date that the refund was applied. Questions pertaining to when a refund will reflect on your account should be directed to your bank.
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to do a like-for-like (exact model exchange or same dollar amount exchange). Any exchanges that occur during this 60-day period having a higher dollar value compared to the original order will be charged for the difference.
Shipping & Delivery
At Headset Advisor we understand that you expect and deserve timely deliveries. We also understand that you want the shipping charges to be free or at least fair and reasonable. We’ve got you covered on both.
Same day shipping deadline
Most orders ship same day. To get same day shipping, your order needs to be received and processed before 3:00 p.m. PST which is our cutoff time for processing outbound shipments. There are exceptions to same day shipping such as products on backorder. Still, most of our shipments go out same day.
Methods of Shippment
Orders that include free shipping are sent out via ground service. The exact carrier will depend on the material being shipped. Smaller items typically go U.S.P.S. Priority, while packages normally ship UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
Customers can upgrade shipping from Ground to a more expedited service such as 2-day service or even overnight. In those cases, the customer will pay for the cost of expedited service.
Time of delivery
ETA for your shipment will depend on where you’re located in relation to our shipping location in Northern California. As a general rule, ETA’s are noted below.

What is your return policy?

I have something that I need to return. How do I go about doing this?
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required to send any equipment back for a refund. Orders sent back without an approved RMA will be refused. I have a headset that isn’t working properly. How do I get help to troubleshoot this issue?
It’s never good when your product’s not working, that’s why we make it our mission to help make sure your headsets are always working properly. Typically, most troubleshooting issues need only minor adjustments that takes 5 minutes or less to resolve. I ordered the wrong item. How can I exchange it for the right product?
We understand that getting the right products can be difficult at times. That’s why we have a full 60-day exchange policy. I have a product that’s out of warranty and isn’t working correctly. What are my options?
Many times, customers think their products are out of warranty but often they are still in warranty. Our Headset Advisor certified refurbished products all carry a standard 1-year warranty from the time the order is placed.

How do I get a refund?
To get a refund, you will first need to start an RMA (Return Material Authorization) to get authorization to return any equipment. Items shipped back without authorization will be refused. Please visit our contact us page to speak with one of our Headset Advisors who can help get an RMA started.
Once items arrive at our warehouse, we issue a refund within 3 business days. Refunds are returned in the payment method you used to place the order.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once your return has been received, you can expect a refund within 3 days.
I have a product that’s past the 60-day return period. What are my options?
If your product isn’t working correctly, our Headset Advisors can normally assist in getting it to work. If this proves unsuccessful, you can replace it if within the warranty period (normally 1-year). Otherwise, if the product isn’t wanted or needed, you can trade it in which is good for our environment and helps lower your costs for updated equipment.
