Our standard free shipping ($200 or more) takes 2-5 business depending on your location and where we're shipping from. If you need your order faster, there are 2 day and overnight options available for you at checkout.

In the chance you don't love your headset, we can help you find something different, or you can return within 30 days. Simply contact us and we'll email you a pre-paid return shipping label to return for a refund less $15 for the cost of the return shipping. It doesn't matter if your product has been used or you lost the box.

As soon as your return arrives in our warehouse, it takes 1-2 days for processing. When your refund is issued, it takes about 1-3 business days for it to show in your account.

Warranty

All Certified Refurbished headsets sold from Headset Advisor cover you with a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. Any product sold as "new" from Headset Advisor is covered under the manufacturers warranty. This ranges from 1-3 years and depending on the brand ordered, Headset Advisor will assist in ensuring you get a warranty replacement from the manufacturer. 

When a warranty replacement is needed, some brands may require you to cover the shipping costs to send the defective item back. In these cases, please use the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) provided by Headset Advisor or the manufacturer and choose a shipping carrier that is most convenient and cost-effective for you, such as UPS or FedEx.

During the warranty period, you're eligible for a replacement of a defective product. for any reason aside from misuse, abuse, accidents or neglect such as physical damage (cracks, scratches etc..)

For example:

NOT COVERED: (a) Dropping your product in the toilet or running it over with a car on purpose, you won't be eligible for a warranty replacement (b) Accidentally dropping your product and it physically breaking (c) Consumable parts that are subject to normal wear and tear, unless found defective or broken on arrival. (d) Losing your product

COVERED: (a) After troubleshooting, the product still does not work because of an electronic defect (b) The battery no longer holds a reasonable charge (c) Physical product defect not related to abuse
