This deluxe wired headset is built sturdily enough to handle everyday use while the technology itself incorporates some of the latest features for headphones. Included with 3 sizes of ear tips for a customized fit will help to reduce background noise while sitting comfortably inside your ear so users can clearly hear callers on the other end. 

The quick disconnect cable allows you to add various accessories to connect with a desk phone, mobile phone, computer or cordless phone (sold separate). Once the correct cord is added to go with your Discover D713, from there it's plug and play.

Office work is more pleasant with the Discover D713's noise cancelling microphone so users and customers on the other end can carry on a pleasant conversation without excess background noise. The headset also has an adjustable headband and bendable microphone so it can suit exactly the position it needs to in order to be worn comfortably.

It doesn’t stay in your ear and the ear piece is very flimsy. Good sound but otherwise not worth the money.

It’s ok

The sound is good on both ends. My biggest complaint is not being able to change the ear cushion pieces to something that will actually stay in my ear. It falls out constantly, I don’t even use it anymore. Now I have an expensive desk decoration.

There is a drawback. Once a year or so I have to order another one because the ear adjustment no longer stays and the ball that clicks into the ear piece does not stay. For the past 5-6 years I have had to order a new headset. I like the fit; but I think next time I will have to look elsewhere for a new headset. Thank you.

Works great!

The microphone is the clearest I have ever used. The physical mute button works. My only complaint is that not all messaging applications (Zoom, webex, skype) recognize when the physical mute button is pressed. In other words, when I press on the physical mute button, I am muted, but the application doesn't show me as muted. This makes it difficult to tell when I am muted and when I am not. I was hoping there would be a new driver that would resolve this issue, but I didn't find one.

Over the ear headset

This headset is the only suitable replacement I have found (and liked) for the H81N Plantronics over the ear headset I have used for the last 20 years. It was a very short adjustment period and I am happy with my purchase of this D713 over the ear headset. I already had a coworker purchase the same one after seeing mine.
