Headset Advisor Partner Terms and Conditions

Commission Structure

Headset Advisor will pay the Referral Partner a commission fee for any sales generated by referral contacts sent to Headset Advisor, provided they are new customers who have not previously done business with Headset Advisor. The commission fee will be structured as follows:

5% commission on the total sale price of desk phones.
10% commission on the total sale price of all other hardware.

In the event of a competitive deal, Headset Advisor may need to reduce commissions to secure the sale. Any adjustments will be communicated to and approved by the Referral Partner in advance.

The Company shall continue to pay the Referral Partner the applicable commission fee (5% on desk phones, 10% on all other hardware) on the total sale price for any sales generated by the referral contact until the referral contact is no longer a customer of Headset Advisor.

If a customer chooses a lease payment plan, Headset Advisor will pay the Referral Partner an upfront commission fee based on the total upfront purchase value, not recurring based on the monthly lease amount. The commission fee will be 5% for desk phones and 10% for all other hardware.

Payment Terms

Headset Advisor will distribute the Referral Partner's commission fee on the 13th of the following month after the referral contact places an order. For example, if an order is placed in September, payment will be distributed by October 13th.

Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 10 days for the payment to fully process.

Independent Contractor Status

The Referral Partner is an independent contractor. Headset Advisor will not withhold any taxes, and the Referral Partner is not entitled to benefits such as unemployment insurance, medical insurance, pension plans, or other such benefits.

A completed W-9 form is required to process payments.
