Headset Advisor Partner Terms and Conditions

Headset Advisor will pay the Referral Partner a 10% commission fee for any sales that are generated by the referral contacts that are sent to Headset Advisor if they are a new customer and have not done business with Headset Advisor in the past.

The Company shall continue to pay the referral partner a commission fee of 10% of the total sale price for any sales that are generated by the referral contact until the referral contact is no longer a customer of Headset Advisor.

Headset Advisor will pay the Referral Partner commission fee within 10-days of the following month once the referral contact places an order. For example, if the referral contact places an order in September the payment will be made by October 10th.

The Referral Partner is an independent contractor. Headset Advisor will not withhold any taxes and the Referral Partner will not be entitled to any benefits, such as unemployment insurance, medical insurance, pension plans, or other such benefits. A completed W-9 form will be required to complete payments.
