Love this headset ?

I was a little nervous about this headset even after reviewing on YouTube product demo. I work from home and my roommates are always arguing in the background and I didn’t want to lose my job for excessive background and profanity. I love all the online features if I take off the headset the inline control has speakers so I’m still able to hear if I need to step away from my desk. Headset was easy to set up just plug and play. Customer service is amazing I placed an order off the shop app and didn’t realize I didn’t update to my new address and panicked. I was able to reach out via chat to ensure the headset would be shipped to the correct address. Shipping came two days earlier than expected so that was nice. Overall I love the quality and the affordability of my headset. I think you have a customer for life because you have exceptional quality and a vast variety of options to choose from. I’m waiting for other products to get back in stock that were sold out for my next upgrade.

Fantastic for Windows and Linux

Good for day to day usage, only put on my other headphones for music production. These are very comfortable and easy to wear a whole day. If you're looking for talking, casually listening to music, sitting in meetings all day etc this is perfect. Just get the microphone adjusted and these are absolutely G2G.

Not As Expected

Out of the box, the noise cancelling feature, in actual practice, does not approach what was demonstrated online with a blender on the counter. There appears to be little noise cancellation at all when the source of the noise is as close as the blender.

The unit has a physical control wheel so we will see what comes of trying to tweak the available settings.

The sound of the person speaking, as received on the other end of the call, is excellent.

The headset itself is comfortable and shields the user reasonably well from surrounding noise.

Very good headset. Low background noise, sounds great and comfortable to wear.

I am very impressed with this headset. We purchased two of them and both users are very happy with them. They are very comfortable to wear, they filter out background noise very well and they sound great. I highly recommend this headset.
