What's in the monthly fee
One program for the entire headset lifecycle.
Advance Replacement
Your user is back on calls while the old unit is still in transit — not after a repair queue.
Wear & Battery Coverage
Cushions flatten and batteries fade. Neither becomes a purchase order.
Turnover Swaps
Someone leaves, the headset gets reassigned. No drawer full of stranded hardware.
Accident Allowance
One dropped headset per device each year, handled without a conversation about fault.
Predictable Monthly Fee
One line item to budget against, instead of replacement spend you can't forecast.
Refresh Options
You choose at month 36. Nobody gets stuck running hardware three years past its prime.
Replacement process
Broken headset? The replacement ships first.
No return-and-repair cycle. For covered requests, the replacement is on its way before the original comes back.

Purchase for 20% of MSRP.

The details
Frequently asked questions
Why is the term 36 months?
The fixed term is what makes the rest of the Program work. It is why the monthly fee stays flat for three years, why replacements are covered instead of quoted each time, and why there is no deposit or upfront hardware cost. The initial term is 36 months and non-cancelable; after that it continues month-to-month at the same rate unless you choose another option.
Is this just a headset lease?
No. A lease finances hardware. This combines the equipment with defined replacement services — advance covered replacements, turnover swaps, an accidental-damage allowance — and clear lifecycle options at month 36. The services are the point; the hardware is how they get delivered.
How does pricing work?
Most business headsets run between $4 and $20 per user each month, depending on make, model and quantity. Other telecom hardware — desk phones, conferencing systems — sits well above that range and is quoted separately, so there is no single number that covers every deployment.
Use Get Team Pricing and an advisor will build the actual figure for the mix your team needs.
Can we trade in our current headsets?
Yes. We buy back used business headsets, and a trade-in can offset the cost of moving a team onto the Program. Tell your advisor what you're running today and they'll factor it into your pricing.
What happens if a headset breaks?
For covered issues, the replacement ships in advance so your user gets back to work quickly. You then return the original complete full kit within 15 days using the Program return process.
Is accidental damage covered?
One accidental-damage replacement per device is included every 12 months. Accidental damage beyond that annual allowance is not covered.
What happens if equipment is lost or stolen?
Loss and theft are not covered, and additional charges may apply under the Program Agreement.
What happens when an employee leaves?
The Program supports same-model turnover swaps and reassignment so the equipment stays productive. Lost or unreturned equipment is not treated as a turnover swap.
What has to be returned?
The complete full kit: headset, USB dongle, charging base if applicable, required cables and included accessories. Missing components are subject to the missing-component fee schedule.
Can the replacement be a different model?
Replacements are the same model when available, or an equivalent model if the original model is unavailable.
What happens after 36 months?
You can upgrade and renew, continue month-to-month at the same fee, purchase the equipment for 20% of MSRP, or return the full kit. If no option is selected, the Program automatically continues month-to-month at the same rate.
