30 days. If prices change after that, your advisor will re-quote before anything ships.

Who pays for shipping?

We do — a prepaid label for smaller shipments, or arranged freight for bulk lots. That applies both ways.

Do you buy broken or incomplete gear?

Yes, at reduced value. Note the condition when you build your quote and we'll factor it in.

How do I receive my credit?

Applied as a discount on your replacement order, or issued as a credit memo on your account. Your advisor handles it either way.

What if my gear grades differently on inspection?

We send a revised offer. Accept it, or we ship your gear back free.

Why is the credit higher than a cash offer?
