The battery was not the issue I return it and the purchased a new CS55 Unit and returned the old unit and now awaiting my refund for doing so.
I don't know how I was able to work efficiently without My Thing. It allows me to move about the office and not have to stay put. Now the advisors are surprise and happy that we can carry on a conversation together. I love it.
Easy to plug and use. Lots of ways to wear it and make it personally adjusted. The piece that goes in the ear gets uncomfortable after long wear in one sitting. Large area range of use. Charges quickly. Overall I’m extremely happy!
I have dealt with the Headset advisor company for a couple of my headsets over the years. The first headset, started acting up and Headset advisor was there with replacement. Now, a few years later, I have decided to change my headset from "in the ear" to over the head type wireless. I love it. And Headset Advisors was there every step of the way. I ordered it on a Thursday and had my headset on Saturday...even with Covid19 shipping challenges with so many companies...Headset Advisor comes through! Thank you so much
