What you'll come to find is many of the other choices dont meet the needs for your business communication because they either lack the voice quality or compatibility needed for your business communication.
This is why the Neckset 20 was created. You now have an option for earbuds with a microphone that doesn't dissapoint to ensure your voice is heard crystal clear. And with earbuds that cover both ears, you'll be able to better focus on your calls and meetings in noisy environments.
Compatibility
The Neckset 20 is plug and play, so it it will work on your PC, Laptop or Mac without any additonial software download required. Whether you use Teams, Zoom, RingCentral, Google Meet or just about any business communication software you can think of, the Neckset 20 will work.
USB Connectivity
Many other headsets require you to select between a USB-A or USB-C connectivity. The downside of that is you don't get the flexibility of connectivity and may require you to order a USB converter in the future. The Neckset 20 comes included with an interchangeable USB-A and USB-C connection so you can easily connect however you prefer, and there's no dealing with a USB converter that can get damaged or lost.
Noise Canceling Microphone
The Neckset 20 features a noise canceling microphone to help you stay heard clearly in noisy environments. That being said, so you have the proper expectations, don't expect 100% of background noise to be blocked out.
Results vary depending on how loud the noise is around you and what type of noise you're around. For any reason you need an extra level of microphone noise cancellation, we recommend adding neep microphone noise canceling software.
Call controller
The USB call controller on the Neckset 20 allows you to adjust volume, mute your microphone or answer/end calls directly from the cord. Remote answering from the call controller will only work with Microsoft Teams at this time. To answer/end calls on all other softphones, you will do so from the computer with your mouse.
Comfort
The neckband of the Neckset 20 sits comfortably around your neck and you can choose to have one or two earbuds in at a time for more flexibility. In addition, included is 3 sizes of silicone eartips for you to choose between for a custom fit that works best for your ears.
