This is a replacement for the Plantronics wired headset I’ve used for many years. Love having one that’s wireless. My only complaint is the crappy quality plastic earpiece. Hate the way it feels and have no interest in connecting it to the over the head piece.

The battery was not the issue I return it and the purchased a new CS55 Unit and returned the old unit and now awaiting my refund for doing so.
I don't know how I was able to work efficiently without My Thing. It allows me to move about the office and not have to stay put. Now the advisors are surprise and happy that we can carry on a conversation together. I love it.
