I know this is an entry level headset, but it fell off my head when I sneezed, landed on a carpeted floor, and now one of the ear cushions is broken. It was held on by two tiny plastic tabs, which broke off way too easily in my opinion

I've been using these headphones for a few weeks now, with the main goal being to be able to have calls without folks hearing the people talking loudly behind me in my office. These meet that goal in spades! the headphone sound quality is call-focused, so certainly not hi-fi but good enough for background music too. Now, my only negative thoughts on these are related to the bluetooth implementation. When connected to an iPhone, there is a high-pitched whining sound, as well as persistent clicking sounds. A quite niche item that I'm a little disappointed in but isn't a deal killer is that if you have the USB cable plugged into your PC and are using bluetooth, sometimes the headphones disconnect from bluetooth (which makes sense, given that it switches sources) and makes reconnecting to bluetooth troublesome - my phone will say the headphones are connected but the audio isn't transmitting. So, I'd suggest charging them via a USB adapter rather than a PC and not trying to juggle the source back and forth. Definitely a good buy! Also, these are "On-Ear" headphones, so don't expect the headphones themselves to be noise cancelling at all.
This headset is like. Works perfectly with Zoom app. Works perfectly with Krisp AI noise suppression. The battery is great. Basically they are exactly as marketed.

Overall it’s good for the Teams calls & phone calls I have during the day. The mute button either doesn’t work or I’m not doing it right. Either way, that’s a strike agains it. But the sound & call quality is fine, so I can deal with having to manually mute my calls.
This headset just works! It paired easily to the Poly VoIP phone & my computer as well. It's comfortable & has good sound. Couldn't be happier.
