its sound is great, its range is great, it has a base, it will work with my computer and my cell phone. The battery seems good. My only complaint and it's totally liveable, is that they come out with a firmware update that allows it to be a soft phone for dialpad (which i use for work)
Sound quality is great. Husband can listen to the TV at his normal level and my calls are not affected. Distance works good for my use.
Hi Deborah, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Glad your Husband can listen to TV at a normal level now :)
I’ve tried a large number of headsets from Jabra, Plantronics, etc, etc. and I have to say this is the best headset I’ve ever tried. Highlights include:
- It’s very light
- Battery life is 12 hours
- Base station includes an amazing speakerphone and listerns say it’s crystal clear.
- easily pairs with cell phone
I bought it for my wife's office. Her calls swap between her Bluetooth phone and computer. This single device does a great job of making that transition seamless and simple. It has a ridiculously long range and she's able to do simple tasks around the house while in meetings.
