About this item
- LONGEST WIRELESS RANGE. Yealink headsets are known for providing the longest wireless range. No exception with the Yealink WH66 because it’s rated up to 525 feet of wireless freedom. Most headsets won’t give you the range, but in our tests, the Yealink brand gives you range closer to the estimates.
- PROFESSIONAL SOUND. In business, a headset has to sound good. It needs a professional sounding microphone, but it also needs to remove background noise. The Yealink WH66 does both. In our tests it excels at removing noise, much better than other brands we’ve tested. Need noise reduction? This is it.
- 4 INCH TOUCHSCREEN. The touchscreen is your central controller to all the different adjustments you can make to the Yealink WH66. The screen is highly responsive which makes using it a pleasant experience. Simple to use and intuitive, makes it a great addition to the WH66.
- EXTRA USB PORTS INCLUDED. Most of us need more USB ports. The WH66 headset base includes two additional USB ports for connecting additional devices. This isn’t something you commonly see on any other brand of headset. It gives you more convenience, and easy access to your USB connected devices.
- HANDSFREE SPEAKERPHONE INCLUDED. For those times that you just don’t want to wear the headset, or when you want your coworkers to join a call, you have a convenient, integrated speakerphone built into the base of the Yealink WH66. It’s always available anytime you want to go handsfree, headset free.

Unequivocally, I can say:
Not only does the WH66 break the mold from traditional headset designs, it sets a whole new standard.

When was the last time you found a DECT wireless headset that:
- Has a highly responsive 4 inch touchscreen
- Has a built-in hands free speakerphone in the headset base

- Has wireless range of up to 525 feet, and actually delivers on that estimate
- Connects to computers, desk phones and mobile devices
- Absolutely destroys background noise

- Gives you three different wearing options
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that you probably haven't. Well, that is until now, because the Yealink WH66 does all that and more, which is amazing.
You want to sound good, right?
The Yealink WH66 gives you professional grade sound that you can count on, and it really doesn't stop there because sounding good is only half of the sound solution.
The other half is noise reduction. And I'm here to tell you that the Yealink WH66 does a great job at removing unwanted background noise. We know, because we tested it, and if you'd like to learn more about this unique headset including how it sounds, and how it performed in our tests for reducing the sounds of:
- Dogs barking

- Office noise
- And of course, our signature, and I might add, noisy blender test
Hear the WH66 and you be the judge
Watch our product review video below to hear the Yealink WH66 headset, and decide for yourself if the sound quality, and noise reduction is good or not.
Noise Assassin
Yealink has a patented feature called Acoustic Shield. This is more than marketing fluff because in our tests, the Yealink WH66 did a spectacular job at removing background noise. In fact, better than the other guys.
If you work in an office with noisy coworkers, or at home with the sounds of kids, dogs, doorbell rings, and landscapers power tools, and you've been looking for a headset to remove that noise, you've come to the right place. The Yealink WH66 will not disappoint.
Choose your style
You're also not stuck with only one wearing style either. You can choose:
- Mono wearing style
- Duo wearing style
- Convertible model (WH67)
Yealink WH66 comes in 2 variants
There are many good UC providers available to choose from today. Many use Microsoft Teams, while others might use providers like RingCentral, Dialpad, 8X8 or others. Some even use a combination of them. So with that in mind, which version of Yealink WH66 headset do you choose?
The simple answer is if you use Microsoft Teams exclusively, then you'll want to order the Teams version. If you use a combination of providers, such as Teams, Zoom etc. then the UC version would be your better choice. Either way, the WH66 will work with the provider you use.
Yealink WH66 works with all the leading UC Apps
So you won't need to worry about compatibility, and whether or not the Yealink WH66 will work with your system or not.
4 inch touchscreen - the cool factor
You have a wide variety of things you can access, and adjust through the interactive touchscreen. And unlike many other touchscreens, the one on the WH66 is quick and responsive with next to zero lag. This is the brains of the hub for the WH66.
Built-in speakerphone for hands free conversations
Here's something you don't see everyday in the run of the mill headsets, and that's a built in, handsfree speakerphone.
This is a very convenient feature that's standard on the mono and stereo Yealink WH66, and WH67 convertible models. For those times when you don't feel like wearing the headset, forgot to charge it, or you want to bring others around you on your call, you have this handsfree option available any time you want.
Integrated 2 port USB hub included
Truthfully, we can't have too many USB hubs. If you're like me, you probably find yourself needing more USB ports. If so, you probably start swapping out devices to make room for other things you need to plug in. Or maybe you end up buying a separatge portable USB hub to accommodate your additional devices.
One of the many useful features on the Yealink WH66 is it comes with a built-in 2 port USB-A hub. If you find that more of your devices are now using USB-C, just get an adapter, and you'll be good to go.
2 ways to mute the microphone
We all like choices, and with that in mind, we all need to pause our conversations now and then. It could be to have a quick side conversation with a coworker, take a drink of coffee, or maybe take a quick call. When those things come up while you're on a call, you'll need to mute your microphone. The Yealink WH66 headset gives you two ways to do that.
Internal and External Do Not Disturb lights
Nobody likes to get interrupted when they're on a call, especially important ones. It can interrupt the natural flow of the conversation, and derail the call momentum. One tool that's available on the Yealink WH66 to help address that problem is an optional busylight.
The busylight found in the headset is standard, but the busylight tower is optional, and plugs into the base of the WH66. Either way, they're designed to alert others when you're on a call, and to help keep interruptions to a minimum so you can get more done.
Optional Qi wireless charger
When you're at your desk, you already have enough cords, cables and power adapters. In fact, probably too many of them. Add those needed to keep your Smartphone charged and it only adds to the mess.
The solution? Add an integrated wireless charger to your Yeallink WH66 base.
- You won't add any power adapters or cords to your workspace
- You'll have a convenient place to dock your phone that's in plain view
- You'll always have a charge in your phone without worry of a dead battery
Attaching the wireless charger is quick and easy too. Here's all you do.
