I had started looking for headsets after an embarrassing call with a C level client. Having a home office is normal these days, but having distractions like leaf blowing machines isn't. While the client knew it wasn't my fault for the distraction, having this headset would have eliminated it altogether.

I really like the intuitive design which is super easy to use and to figure out. I do wish their instruction were printed a little larger but that is my only complaint so far.

Because I needed the noise cancelling for myself as well as my clients, the other three headsets I ordered from Amazon simply didn't cut it.

This was before I had to do a lot of research about Sidetones and why I needed this feature. This is what led me to the Headset Advisor channel on Youtube, and ultimately to me buying a headset through their website.

Although it took a little longer to receive it, it was still here fairly quickly. And it was packaged very well with very sturdy packaging unlike the others I ordered through Amazon.

The headset was easy to setup and use, and I am very pleased with the results. I can hear myself (which was a deal killer for the other headsets I ordered from Amazon ~ all of which had to be returned) and I can also hear the audio from whomever I'm talking with as well as videos or audios I may be playing on the call.

The headset is comfortable and I can barely tell it's there. I am used to wearing over the ear headphones for Zoom calls and other work I do, but these are very comfortable.

If you're looking for a great headset at a very good price, I'm sure you will be pleased to own one of these.

Bought in January 2024 worked for 1 1/2 years. The headset seems to still work but my Mac is having connectivity issues with it so I think it’s a sign for an upgrade. Couldn’t hear kids, dogs, etc. I tested it with my kids screaming beside me and whispering you couldn’t hear them.

I love these headsets, well made and great voice quality. Very useful for Home Office

The headphone have amazing noise cancellation! I work from home and no one could hear my dogs freaking out at the mail man so that was great! I love the mic adjustments and it doesn’t wiggle of slide around when I wiggle and slide around. The table top mute and volume are what drew me to this model and I love it! It makes it so easy to quickly mute a call or adjust volume. The headset is relatively light, although I am super sensitive so I found after about 3 hours into my 8 hour shift I started feeling more and more of the pressure but again I am extremely sensitive and was still able to comfortably wear them for the full 8 hour shifts without switching. I highly recommend these headphones!

I was a little nervous about this headset even after reviewing on YouTube product demo. I work from home and my roommates are always arguing in the background and I didn’t want to lose my job for excessive background and profanity. I love all the online features if I take off the headset the inline control has speakers so I’m still able to hear if I need to step away from my desk. Headset was easy to set up just plug and play. Customer service is amazing I placed an order off the shop app and didn’t realize I didn’t update to my new address and panicked. I was able to reach out via chat to ensure the headset would be shipped to the correct address. Shipping came two days earlier than expected so that was nice. Overall I love the quality and the affordability of my headset. I think you have a customer for life because you have exceptional quality and a vast variety of options to choose from. I’m waiting for other products to get back in stock that were sold out for my next upgrade.
