Earspeaker sound
The small size of the BH71 limits its ability to house a stout speaker. The speaker size is 13mm, where other headsets provide speakers that are much larger, keep in mind those headsets have more real estate to work with..
Also worth keeping in mind is the BH71 wasn't designed to provide premium sound for listening to music. Yealink's leaving that to the other guys. This is a business headset for use on voice and video calls, that's also capable of providing sufficient audio for entertainment. To that end, it performs well.
