This is the best headset I've ever used, and I've used many different ones over 10 years. The sound quality, balance and comfort are unmatched and it's not even close. I will keep purchasing them as often as I can just to put them on the shelf for later use since they are not making these anymore.
-The design is a bit uncomfortable, possibly because of the rubber padding that goes around/behind the ear. It just feels like its constantly moving.
-The earpiece also does not sit squarely in my outter ear. There are numerous tips, to fit however, but they don't do it for me.
-The sound quality is good, and it definitely functions at the advertised range, however, even with my Polycom 500 in Plantronics mode with Echo elimination turned on? I still hear my voice coming through the ear piece.
Hi Kareem, thanks for your review! By chance did you talk to our support team in regards to adjusting the headset so there's not an echo? Echo is common for wireless headsets and can typically be fixed with a few adjustments.
I purchased my headset here. The first one I had got so much use, that after years, it wasn't charging any longer. Ordered another from Headset advisor and it was delivered as promised and the service I received with set up/connecting support was the best! This is my second headset and I will continue to use these for my business! Thank you Headset Advisor!
