Best headset ever
I was guided here by a Poly rep. I watched their YouTube videos and had an online chat with a "Headset Advisor."
Now I'm buying from them! I'm not sure if they have the best prices, and I don't care because I'm 99.9% sure I would have purchased the wrong headset without their guidance! Plus, I definitely wouldn't have known I needed an "Electronic Hook Switch Cable" too. I would have wasted countless times (and money) if I hadn't reached out to Headset Advisor!

Horrible
My new headset is great. It works well with my hearing aids and I can now hear much better on the phone.
This is an excellent headset. I traded in m,y Discover for this, so I could use the same headset for cell phone and softphone. I have been super happy with it.
