Jabra Engage Convertible Replacement Headset - 14401-36

I called and was told that there was one headset in stock, so I ordered it. About a week or so later I received an email stating it was backordered with an unsure restock date. I emailed back stating that I was told there was one in stock and that is the only reason I ordered it. Received an email back stating one was being shipped. Received it after that. Overall happy with the product, and the way that the situation was handled after I stated that I wouldnt have ordered if I would have known it wasnt in stock.
