Design:
When you take your first look at the Blackwire 3310, you can’t help but notice how nice the fit and finish is. It has an appealing appearance which is a bit unexpected considering this is a headset that’s priced under $40.00. Said another way, this is a nice looking, well-built affordable headset.
Comfort:
Weight.The Blackwire 3310 wired headset begins by being lightweight and comfortable. It weighs just 102 grams, or 3.5 ounces which is a great starting point if you’re interested in a comfortable headset. Most mono single ear headsets weigh between 3 - 6 ounces, with some weighing even more. So the Blackwire 3310 comes in on the lighter side.
Ear speaker.The ear speaker is made to rotate a full 180 degrees allowing for a customized fit, and to allow the headset to lay flat on a desk, and easier to transport. The ear cushion is made of foam and when you put the headset on, you can’t help but notice the soft feel it provides. Soft ear cushions are part of what goes into making a headset comfortable.

Noise canceling mic. The omni directional, noise canceling microphone on the Blackwire 3310 is designed to dampen background noise so your callers aren’t distracted by the sounds going on around you. When callers aren’t distracted, they can focus on your message.
Flexible boom. The microphone boom is flexible which allows it to be placed in the optimum position, which is two fingers width from the corner of your mouth, and a pinch below your lower lip. Rigid microphones don’t allow for fine adjustments, which can lead to inferior sound quality.

Connectivity & Compatibility:
For use with computers. The Poly Blackwire 3310 USB headset connects to desktop and laptop computers.
