Description
The Yealink SIP-T31G is an entry-level open SIP desk phone with 2 lines, a 2.3-inch backlit LCD and HD voice, suited to reception counters, shared spaces and light-use desks. It is the Gigabit version of the SIP-T31P: dual-port Gigabit Ethernet with PoE lets a PC connect through the phone without dropping to 10/100 speeds. It works with standard SIP phone services, so check that your provider supports Yealink SIP phones before ordering.
Key features
- Gigabit pass-through for the desk PC: Dual-port Gigabit Ethernet lets a computer share the phone's network jack at full Gigabit speed, the key difference from the 10/100 SIP-T31P.
- Two lines, simple layout: 2 SIP accounts with 2 LED line keys and 6 dedicated keys for transfer, message, headset, redial, mute and speakerphone.
- HD voice with noise filtering: An HD handset and HD speaker plus Yealink Smart Noise Filtering cut down background noise so callers hear you, not the office.
- Runs on PoE: Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af) powers the phone from a PoE switch over the network cable, so no power outlet is needed at the desk.
- Local 5-way conferencing: Bring up to five parties into a call directly on the phone, without a separate conference bridge.
- Headset ready: A dedicated RJ9 headset port and a headset key, plus EHS wireless headset support, let users take calls hands-free.
- Easy to deploy and manage: Unified T3 series firmware, auto-provisioning and support for Yealink YDMP/YMCS device management make rollouts across many desks simpler.
Choose your power option: the PoE version runs from a Power over Ethernet switch and has no power supply in the box. Choose "With power supply" if your switch does not provide PoE (adds the Yealink 5V/0.6A power adapter).

Specs are Yealink's, from its current data sheets. "None listed" means the data sheet names no such feature. Yealink uses SIP accounts and VoIP accounts to mean the same thing. Yealink lists the power adapter as optional on most models, so check that your switch has PoE or choose With power supply. Compare all T Series models
