Description

The Yealink SIP-T31P is an entry-level open SIP desk phone with 2 lines, a 2.3-inch backlit LCD and HD voice, a good fit for reception counters, shared spaces and staff who handle one or two lines. It uses two 10/100M Ethernet ports with PoE; if your PCs connect through the phone at Gigabit speed, choose the SIP-T31G, which is the same phone with Gigabit ports. It works with standard SIP phone services, so check that your provider supports Yealink SIP phones before ordering.

Key features

  • Two lines, simple layout: 2 SIP accounts with 2 LED line keys and 6 dedicated keys for transfer, message, headset, redial, mute and speakerphone, so everyday call handling takes one press.
  • HD voice with noise filtering: An HD handset and HD speaker plus Yealink Smart Noise Filtering cut down background noise so callers hear you, not the office.
  • Runs on PoE: Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af) powers the phone from a PoE switch over the network cable, so no power outlet is needed at the desk.
  • One network jack for phone and PC: Two 10/100M Ethernet ports let a computer connect through the phone, so a single network drop serves the whole desk.
  • Local 5-way conferencing: Bring up to five parties into a call directly on the phone, without a separate conference bridge.
  • Headset ready: A dedicated RJ9 headset port and a headset key, plus EHS wireless headset support, let users take calls hands-free.
  • Easy to deploy and manage: Unified T3 series firmware, auto-provisioning and support for Yealink YDMP/YMCS device management make rollouts across many desks simpler.

Choose your power option: the PoE version runs from a Power over Ethernet switch and has no power supply in the box. Choose "With power supply" if your switch does not provide PoE (adds the Yealink 5V/0.6A power adapter).
