Description
The Yealink SIP-T54W is a 16-line open SIP Prime Business Phone with an adjustable 4.3-inch color screen, built-in Bluetooth 4.2 and dual-band Wi-Fi, designed for busy executives and professionals. Compared with the SIP-T53W it moves to a color display, 16 SIP accounts, 27 programmable keys and 10-way conferencing; the SIP-T57W adds a 7-inch touch screen. It works with standard SIP phone services, so check that your provider supports Yealink SIP phones before ordering.

Key features
- Adjustable 4.3-inch color screen: A 480 x 272-pixel backlit color display tilts to a comfortable viewing angle and gives more room for names and key labels than the T53 models.
- 16 accounts and 27 programmable keys: Up to 16 SIP accounts, with 10 LED line keys programmable as up to 27 features across 3 pages, using paperless labels.
- Built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi: Bluetooth 4.2 connects a headset and a mobile phone at the same time and syncs mobile contacts, while dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi lets you place the phone without a network jack.
- Acoustic Shield and HAC handset: Yealink Optimal HD Voice with Acoustic Shield blocks background noise so callers hear you, not the office, and the handset is hearing aid compatible (HAC).
- 10-way conferencing and room to expand: Host 10-way conference calls, and add up to 3 EXP50 color-screen expansion modules for up to 180 paperless DSS keys.
- USB 2.0 and corded-cordless option: The USB port supports USB headsets, call recording to a flash drive and the EHS40 adapter, and the DD10K DECT dongle adds up to 4 cordless handsets.
- Gigabit, PoE and simple provisioning: Dual-port Gigabit Ethernet with Class 3 PoE, zero touch provisioning via Yealink RPS and firmware shared across the T53/T53W/T54W/T57W.
Choose your power option: the PoE version runs from a Power over Ethernet switch and has no power supply in the box. Choose "With power supply" if your switch does not provide PoE (adds the Yealink 5V/2A power adapter).

Specs are Yealink's, from its current data sheets. "None listed" means the data sheet names no such feature. Yealink uses SIP accounts and VoIP accounts to mean the same thing. Yealink lists the power adapter as optional on most models, so check that your switch has PoE or choose With power supply. Compare all T Series models
