Description
The Yealink SIP-T73U is the 2.8-inch color model in Yealink's T7 series, with 12 SIP accounts, dual Gigabit Ethernet and PoE. It suits everyday office desks that need a slim, quiet phone with USB headset support and room to add expansion modules. It is an open SIP phone that works with leading SIP platforms such as 3CX and BroadWorks, so check that your phone service supports it; choose the SIP-T73W if you want Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth built in.

Key features
- Clear calls in a busy office: HD handset and speaker, Acoustic Shield and Smart Noise Filtering cut background office noise so callers hear you, and the 3W speaker gives more volume on hands-free calls. The hearing aid compatible (HAC) handset helps users with hearing loss.
- 12 accounts, up to 40 programmable keys: 8 LED line keys across 5 pages give up to 40 DSS keys for lines, speed dials and BLF. Up to 3 EXP55 color expansion modules take it to 234 programmable keys for reception desks.
- Flexible headset options: Use a wired headset on the RJ9 jack, a USB headset, or a wireless headset through the EHS40 adapter. Bluetooth headsets connect through an optional BT41 or BT51 dongle.
- Quiet hall-switch handset: The hall-switch hook makes picking up and hanging up quieter, which helps in open-plan offices.
- 2.8-inch color display: The backlit 320x240 color screen shows caller name, number and photo, with light and dark themes.
- Security built in: The T73U runs Linux 6.1 with TEE hardware encryption, secure boot, TLS 1.3 and SRTP to protect the device and calls. A dual system keeps a backup, so a failed upgrade does not leave the phone unusable.
- Zero-touch deployment: With Yealink RPS the phone provisions itself once it is powered on and online, so IT does not have to set up each desk by hand. The T7 series, T85W and T87W share one firmware, which keeps a mixed fleet simple to manage.
Choose your power option: the PoE version runs from a Power over Ethernet switch and has no power supply in the box. Choose "With power supply" if your switch does not provide PoE (adds the Yealink 5V/2A power adapter).

Specs are Yealink's, from its current data sheets. "None listed" means the data sheet names no such feature. Yealink uses SIP accounts and VoIP accounts to mean the same thing. Yealink lists the power adapter as optional on most models, so check that your switch has PoE or choose With power supply. Compare all T Series models
