Description
The Yealink SIP-T74U is the 4.3-inch color model in Yealink's T7 series, aimed at managers and professionals, with 16 SIP accounts, dual Gigabit Ethernet and PoE. Compared with the T73U it adds a larger screen, more accounts and keys, and 10-way local conferencing. It is an open SIP phone that works with leading SIP platforms, so check that your phone service supports it; choose the SIP-T74W if you want Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth built in.

Key features
- 4.3-inch color display: The 480x272 color screen shows caller name, number and photo clearly, with light and dark themes.
- 16 accounts, up to 50 programmable keys: 10 LED line keys across 5 pages give up to 50 DSS keys for lines, speed dials and BLF. Up to 3 EXP55 color expansion modules take it to 234 programmable keys.
- Clear calls in a busy office: HD handset and speaker, Acoustic Shield and Smart Noise Filtering cut background office noise so callers hear you, and the 3W speaker gives more volume on hands-free calls. The HAC handset helps users with hearing loss.
- 10-way local conference: Host a conference of up to 10 parties from the phone itself, without a conference bridge.
- Flexible headset options: Use a wired headset on the RJ9 jack, a USB headset, or a wireless headset through the EHS40 adapter. Add Wi-Fi with the WF50 dongle and Bluetooth with the BT41 dongle.
- Quiet hall-switch handset: The hall-switch hook makes picking up and hanging up quieter, which helps in open-plan offices.
- Security built in: The T74U runs Linux 6.1 with TEE hardware encryption, secure boot, TLS 1.3 and SRTP to protect the device and calls. A dual system keeps a backup, so a failed upgrade does not leave the phone unusable.
Choose your power option: the PoE version runs from a Power over Ethernet switch and has no power supply in the box. Choose "With power supply" if your switch does not provide PoE (adds the Yealink 5V/2A power adapter).

Specs are Yealink's, from its current data sheets. "None listed" means the data sheet names no such feature. Yealink uses SIP accounts and VoIP accounts to mean the same thing. Yealink lists the power adapter as optional on most models, so check that your switch has PoE or choose With power supply. Compare all T Series models
