Description
The Yealink SIP-T85W is the 5.5-inch color screen model in Yealink's T8 series, with built-in Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0, 16 SIP accounts, and 12 line keys that page up to 60. Yealink positions it for open offices, hot desking, reception and nurse stations, and it pairs well with EXP55 modules for busy desks. It is an open SIP phone that works with leading SIP platforms, so check that your phone service supports it; step up to the SIP-T87W for a 7-inch touch screen and 84 keys.

Key features
- AI noise cancellation and a 3W speaker: Yealink AI noise cancellation and Acoustic Shield filter out keyboard and office noise so callers hear you, and the 3W speaker gives clear, loud hands-free calls. The HAC handset helps users with hearing loss.
- Adjustable 5.5-inch color screen: The 960x480 color screen tilts to a comfortable viewing angle and shows caller name, number and photo.
- 12 line keys, up to 60 programmable keys: 12 LED line keys across 5 pages give up to 60 DSS keys, and up to 3 EXP55 color expansion modules take it to 234 programmable keys for receptionists.
- Built-in Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0: Dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi 6 lets you place the phone without a network jack, and Bluetooth 5.0 connects a headset and a mobile phone at the same time.
- Red emergency button and antimicrobial finish: A dedicated red emergency button is built into the design, and antimicrobial materials suit shared desks, clinics and front counters.
- Two USB ports (USB-A and USB-C): Connect USB headsets, Yealink WH62/WH63 Portable DECT headsets, an EHS40 adapter, a flash drive for call recording, or EXP55 modules.
- Security and shared firmware: Linux 6.1, TEE hardware encryption, secure boot, TLS 1.3 and SRTP protect the device and calls, and the T85W shares firmware with the T7 series and T87W.
Choose your power option: the PoE version runs from a Power over Ethernet switch and has no power supply in the box. Choose "With power supply" if your switch does not provide PoE (adds the Yealink 5V/2A power adapter).

Specs are Yealink's, from its current data sheets. "None listed" means the data sheet names no such feature. Yealink uses SIP accounts and VoIP accounts to mean the same thing. Yealink lists the power adapter as optional on most models, so check that your switch has PoE or choose With power supply. Compare all T Series models
