Description
The Yealink SIP-T87W is the 7-inch touch screen model in Yealink's T8 series, with built-in Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0, 16 SIP accounts and 84 one-touch DSS keys. Yealink positions it for executive and manager offices, and with EXP55 modules for busy reception and nurse stations. It is an open SIP phone that works with leading SIP platforms, so check that your phone service supports it; it steps up from the T85W's 5.5-inch screen, while the T88W adds a sharper 1024x600 screen and Android 13.

Key features
- Adjustable 7-inch touch screen: The 800x480 capacitive touch screen tilts to a comfortable angle, and its menus work like a smartphone: tap the option you want.
- AI noise cancellation and a 3W speaker: Yealink AI noise cancellation and Acoustic Shield filter out keyboard and office noise so callers hear you, and the 3W speaker gives clear, loud hands-free calls. The HAC handset helps users with hearing loss.
- 84 one-touch DSS keys: Program 84 keys for lines, speed dials and BLF, and add up to 3 EXP55 color expansion modules for up to 234 programmable keys.
- Built-in Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0: Dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi 6 lets you place the phone without a network jack, and Bluetooth 5.0 connects a headset and a mobile phone at the same time.
- Red emergency button and antimicrobial finish: A dedicated red emergency button is built into the design, and antimicrobial materials suit shared desks, clinics and front counters.
- Two USB ports (USB-A and USB-C): Connect USB headsets, Yealink WH62/WH63 Portable DECT headsets, an EHS40 adapter, a flash drive for call recording, or EXP55 modules.
- Security and shared firmware: Linux 6.1, TEE hardware encryption, secure boot, TLS 1.3 and SRTP protect the device and calls, and the T87W shares firmware with the T7 series and T85W.
Choose your power option: the PoE version runs from a Power over Ethernet switch and has no power supply in the box. Choose "With power supply" if your switch does not provide PoE (adds the Yealink 5V/2A power adapter).

Specs are Yealink's, from its current data sheets. "None listed" means the data sheet names no such feature. Yealink uses SIP accounts and VoIP accounts to mean the same thing. Yealink lists the power adapter as optional on most models, so check that your switch has PoE or choose With power supply. Compare all T Series models
