How do you adjust sidetone on Epos Impact 1000?
You'll need to download Epos Connect on your computer or mobile phone in order to adjust sidetone. If you aren't familiar with sidetone, this is a feature that allows you to hear your own voice when you speak into the microphone.
How to answer calls on Epos Impact 1000
There's 3 ways to answer calls from the Impact 100.
- By pressing the answer button on the outside of the speaker.
- Move your microphone down.
- If you aren't wearing the headset, put it on your headset and it will auto answer. (these settings can be customized in Epos Connect)
