A: That depends on which mode you're operating in (DECT or Bluetooth), and which model you're using (mono or duo). DECT mono gives you up to 14 hours, the Duo model gives you up to 16 hours. If using Bluetooth, you get up to 26 hours for the Mono model, and up to 32 hours if using the Duo model.

A: Yes. There are LEDs located on the outside of the earspeakers. These LEDs not only alert others when you're busy, but they change color to show your status.

A: You can get an optional BLT60 busy light to further advoice interruptions, as well as the WDD60 USB Dongle that allows you to connect the WH64 with another computer, and EHS62 cable to connect with 3rd party desk phones like Poly, Cisco, Avay and others.

A: First, the mono and duo models are lighter in weight than comparable models. The mono weighs just 3.2 ounces, and the duo model weighs 5.3. That's lighter than most, but there are other things that help to make this a comfortable headset for all-day wearing. It comes with specially designed ear cushions that are soft with a cover that's perforated to help evacuate heat. The headband is also nicely padded and adjustable for a perfect fit.

Q: Can the Yealink WH64 work without the AC power adapter?
Yes, but only when using the headset on your computer. Simply connect the inclued USB-C charge cable and it can be used without the AC power. If you're connecting with a desk phone though, you will need the AC power connected.
Q: How does the Yealink WH64 connect?
To connect with your desk phone or computer, you have to physically connect the charging base. The included USB cord connects to the charging base via USB-C and the other end connects to your desk phone or computer with USB-A.
In order to connect to the endpoint with a USB-C port you would need a USB converter.
When connecting with your mobile phone you would pair with Bluetooth and the charging base isn't required to work when connecting to your mobile phone.
Q: Does the Yealink WH64 use DECT or Bluetooth when the charging base is connected?
When connecting the Yealink WH64 to your desk phone or computer, the headset is always going to default to DECT. The only time the headset switches to Bluetooth is when you connect to your mobile phone.
Q: What's the ringer on the base do?
If you don't have computer speakers, you'll be able to get an audible ring to know you have an incoming call (this feature can be turned on or off in Yealink USB Connect).
