Key differences

1. The microphone is longer on the Jabra Evolve2 50 and rests closer to the corner of your mouth vs the UH38 has a more lowprofile microphone. 
2. The Yealink UH38 has a battery built into the call controller so it can also be used as a wireless headset. Whereas the Evolve2 50 in order to use Bluetooth, you have to keep the USB cord connected at all times.
3. The Evolve2 50 has ANC (active noise cancellation) and the UH38 covers both ears to reduce background noise but doesn't have an ANC feature.
4. The volume controls on the Yealink UH38 are on the call controller whereas the Evolve2 50 has the call controls on the outside of the headset. 
5. Out of the box the Yealink UH38 comes included with USB-A and USB-C connectivity vs the Evolve2 50, you would select either between a USB-C or USB-A connection.
