Yealink USB Connect: What does it do?

Yealink USB Connect is a software you can download for your Yealink headset, speakerphone or webcam to customize settings and stay updated to the latest firmware. 

Although it's recommended to download, Yealink USB Connect isn't required for your audio or video device to work. 

Getting Started

  1. Visit the Yealink website to download Yealink USB Connect
  2. Select between Windows or Mac
  3. Follow the setup process to complete your download
  4. In order to update your device you have to connect via USB.

*If you connect with Bluetooth USB Connect won't recognize your device and you won't be able to update your device or customize settings.
