Note: Keep in mind the Plantronics Savi 8240 and Savi 8245 replaced the Savi w740 and Savi w745 wireless headsets. The batteries look almost identical but are no cross compatible.
For example, if you order a Savi w740 battery for your Savi 8240, it wont work.
If you look at both batteries, they look very similar but are not cross compatible.
