Before you setup your Discover headset, there's a few possible scenarios you could fall under.
1. Is your headset wired or wireless?
IF wireless, then you could have 3 potential setup configurations to an office phone
-Setup to a phone WITHOUT a headset port
-Setup to a phone WITH a headset port
-Setup to a phone using an EHS cable (An EHS cable is an accessory that allows you to answer/end calls away from the phone from your headset)
2. IF wired, keep in mind wired headsets for office phones require what's called a direct connect cable to go with your headset (sold separate).
With all the different brands/models of office phones, headset manufactures have to make specific cords based on how each brand of phone is configured. If you need help with compatibility, visit the Discover Headsets compatibility guide or contact us for assistance.

Using your Discover wireless headset on a computer
Out of the box the Discover D904 connects to your desk phone and computer. In the box you will see a USB cable. You would plug the small end into the D904 charging base and plug the other end into your computer.
At that point as long as the headset is turned on and the computer symbol is selected as default on the D904 charging base, you will be able to hear and be heard from the headset on your computer apps like Skype, Zoom, softphone apps and more.
Your Discover Adapt 30 can also connect to your computer but you will need the DA200 accessory in order for the headset to work on the computer. If you didn't order this accessory, you won't be able to connect to the computer.
Using a Discover wired headset
Remember, depending on the make/model of your office phone will depend on which cord you need to go with your Discover Headset in order to plug into your phone.
Visit the compatibility guide to ensure you get the right cable.
If you need a Discover wired headset to connect into your computer, you will want to select the model with a U at the end. For example, you would want to choose the D711U variant, not the D711.
