Adding the the reliable Plantronics APP-51 Hook Switch cable with your Plantronics C054 wireless headset enables the ability to answer/end calls when away from your Polycom phone. Without APP-51 Hook Switch cable, you will have to answer/end calls when at your desk phone.
Step 1
To begin, plug one end of the Plantronics APP-51 EHS cable into the back of your Plantronics C054 charging base.
Step 2
Next, connect the other end of your Plantronics APP-51 Hook Switch cable into the back of your Polycom desk phone as demonstrated.
Step 3- Enable the Hook Switch control in your Polycom desk phone as shown
That's it! With your Plantronics APP-51 Hook Switch cable set up with your Plantronics C054 wireless headset system, you can now conveniently answer/end calls even when you're away from your desk.
