Google Reviews
"I have never experienced such an excellent level of customer service from an electronics distributor! I enjoy the consistent care, email updates, and all of the little extras that this company strives to provide for business owners. There is not another Carrier who we trust with our telecommunication solutions."
-Jordan Jacques
"I when I was searching for a wireless headset that was clear and had a decent range, my research led me to the headset advisor website. I stepped out on faith and called them I was pleasantly surprised because the representative was very helpful and attentive to understanding the type of headset I was looking for and how it would be used. He did not steer me wrong and it's been over a year later and I love this headset. I'm on the phone all day at work and the headset allows me to walk around and listen to mindless chatter all day. The furthest I've walked away from the base is about 50 feet but I'm sure it goes farther. The clarity of sound is amazing. The service I received exceeded my expectation and the product arrived when expected. I would recommend this company to anyone in the market."

Before purchasing any headset for your office phone, know this
Wired headsets: ALL business-grade wired headsets require a quick disconnect cable or amplifier (sold separately) to go with them depending on the make/model of office phone you're connecting to. Why? With all the different office phone brands and models, headset manufacturers, unfortunately, can't make one headset that works with all brands as each office phone brand sets up their phone differently. You'll see many direct connect cables that look identical, but internally they're different.
Wireless headsets: If you want the ability to answer/end calls when away from your phone when using your wireless business headset, you'll need what's called a Handset Lifter or EHS cable (sold separately). This goes for 98% of office phones. There are very few office phone models that have the remote answering feature built into the phone that doesn't require this additional accessory. I'd highly recommend you get the added accessory. It's nice to be able to walk around with your headset on, and not have to run back to your phone if there's an incoming call.
To be the best, you have to use the best!
If the phone is one of your main tools to accomplish your job properly, choosing the best business headset for your unique needs is highly important. The temptation is strong to go on Amazon or Google and start looking at different headset options and selecting a model at the cheapest price. If you want the best, I wouldn't make your decision mainly on price.
Invest in the best headset for your office phone that will ensure you have a high-quality product that's comfortable, durable, and sounds great. When choosing a professional-grade headset, keep in mind that on average you'll have this headset 5 years. Say you choose a wireless headset for $200 and have this model for 5 years. Instead of focusing on the upfront costs, if you look at the lifetime value of your product, for 3 cents a day, wouldn't it make most sense choosing the best business headset for your needs?
Ask yourself these questions before making a decision
Whether you're purchasing a business headset for yourself or a team, these questions are highly important for you to make the best decision! Especially if you're purchasing for a team, there's not one business headset that will fit everyone, so doing your best the first time to choose models that fit everyone for their preference will be really helpful.
- Is my office loud?
- Do I prefer a headset that covers one ear? Both ears?
- Would I prefer a wired or wireless headset for office phone?
- If wireless is preferred, do I want the ability to answer/end calls when I'm away from my office phone?
- To eliminate interruptions and distractions, would it be helpful if others knew when I was on a call?
These questions are important to know, because your answer will help determine what headset or accessories will be required. Now let's dive into the different headset solutions for your office phones.
Wired Headsets
Discover D711
The Discover D711 is most popular in office environments that aren't too loud. With one ear free, you'll be able to focus on the caller while still being able to hear others around you. The headset can be worn on your left or right ear, whatever is most comfortable to you. In addition, included are both, a leatherette and foam ear cushions for you to switch between, so if one person prefers leatherette and another prefers foam, it's convenient to have both.
You'll have a business headset that sounds crystal clear, is comfortable and has a flexible noise-canceling microphone, so you're heard clear without background distractions. Use the link below to verify compatibility depending on which office phone and model you're connecting to.

Discover D722
For the longest time there hasn't been a headset compatible with office phones that fully encloses your ears. There've been options for your computer and mobile phones, but never office phones! So I was excited when this model was released. The Discover D722 is lightweight, but durable in the right places and fully encloses your ears with pillow soft cushions, so you can zone in on your phone calls in the loudest working environments.
You have to keep in mind, if you work in an office and your goal is to block out background noise, you still need a business headset that's comfortable enough to be worn all day. There's no way you'd be able to wear a giant bulky headset for many hours on phone calls. After about an hour of use, that would get exhausting.
