With the various models of Plantronics headsets, there's different instructions for resetting your Plantronics headset based on the model you have. Plantronics CS Series Headset Reset

Models: CS50, CS55, CS351n, CS361n, CS70n, CS540, C054, C053, C052, CS510, and CS520.

1. Unplug the AC power from your Plantronics charging base
2. Remove your battery (CS70n, CS530, C053 battery can't be removed)
3. Wait 10 seconds, then replug your AC power and battery
4. Your Plantronics headset should now be reset and working

Plantronics Headset Reset For Savi 700, Savi 400 and 8200 Series

Models: Savi W8210, W8220, W8240, W8245, W740, W745, W730, W720, W710, W440, W445, W430, W420, W410

1. Unplug the AC power from your Plantronics charging base
2. Remove your battery (W730, W430 battery can't be removed)
3. Wait 10 seconds then replug both the AC power and battery in like normal
4. Place your headset in the charging base
5. Plugin the included USB cable from your Plantronics charging base to your computer
6. Download the Plantronics Hub if not downloaded already
7. Once downloaded click "Notifications" and if there's an update available, click Update
8. Once the update is done, your Plantronics headset is now reset!

Reset Plantronics Bluetooth Headset

Models: Voyager 8200 UC, Voyager 3200 UC, Voyager 5200, Voyager 5200 UC, Voyager Focus UC, Voyager Legend UC, Voyager Legend

1. Remove the Plantronics headset from your cell phones paired devices
2. Power your cell phone off, then power it back on
3. Pair your Plantronics headset back to your cell phone (follow manual if unsure how)
4. Your Plantronics headset should now be reset

If this doesn't fix your issue, connect your Plantronics headset to a different cell phone and see if the same issues persists. If not, there could be an issue with your mobile phone rather than the headset. If the issue persists, one last troubleshooting step you can try is connecting your Plantronics headset to your computer, and trying to update the firmware, like in steps 5-8 above. After a firmware update, try your Plantronics Bluetooth headset again and see if the issue is fixed. If the same result, check to see if your headset is within warranty to get a replacement. If not, a new headset will need to be purchased.
