Discover Adapt 30 Reset
1. Unplug the AC power from the charging base.
2. Remove the headband from the earpiece, then reconnect it.
3. If you have a VOIP phone, power off your phone for 10 seconds then replug it back in (skip this step if you don't have a voip phone).
3. Place your headset back in the charging base and press straight down on the mute button until a blue LED light shows on your headset, then release your finger.
4. Replug the AC power adapter into the charging base.
5. The green phone LED light will begin to flash on the Adapt 30 charging base. When done flashing, your Adapt 30 should now work again. If not, contact us.
Discover D904 Reset
1. Unplug the AC power from the charging base.
2. Remove the battery from the earpiece.
3. If you have a VOIP phone, power off your phone for 10 seconds then replug it back in (skip this step if you don't have a voip phone).
4. Once your phone reboots, replug the AC power adapter and battery
5. Place your headset back in the charging base until the battery LED lights appear, then try your headset to see if it's working again. If not, contact us.
