Step 1
Open your RingCentral softphone app and call the first contact you want to bring into a conference. It can be internal or external.
Step 2
Once you're connected with the caller, hit "Add" and it will place the caller on hold.
Step 3
After you hit add it will bring you to a screen to dial the second caller.
Step 4
Once you're connected with the second caller on RingCentral, click "merge" and like magic all 3 of you will be on the call. Continue this process for however many other people you'd like to add to a conference call in RingCentral.
