Hello. Im desparate with this now. Cant find any advice what to do. I bought this headset 6months ago. Few weeks ago it start sort of disconecting microphone after few moments of a call. I still could hear other side clearly, but they said my side is bunch of strange noice and Im like very far away – not understandable what Im saing or they just dont hear anything. So I tried following: update firmware on phone and headset – still happening same. Tried different phone – still same. Cleaning – still same.
So I came back to the shop two days ago and they instantly replaced my headset for new piece in same original packaging. So I was happy and paired it. Right from get go I got SAME ISSUE again. So I did use other phone – same. So I did some reasearch and found it happen mostly when Im outside with background noise. Inside when it is quiet it is usually no issue and I have clear voice on other side. Found also on internet on various articles that this headset have bug with noise canceling which randomly consider your voice as a noice and cancels it…..
So now Im desparate and dont know what to do. Go back to the shop with basically brand new device? Is there any fix expected. Does anyone have same issues and looking for fix. Look I paid – what I consider – substantial money for this and dont want to fix it in a way that was somwhere sugested to block noice canceling holes on the device. Or other crap like that. I also – of course – have plantronic hub installed and I tried all that with sensores off and on and hd voice on and off. Not much difference. Thanks in advance for any reply. Now Im considering returing device – if it will be possible and buying – Jabra BlueParrott M-300 or Senheiser ADAPT PRESENCE Grey UC. Any advice on handsfree build for outdoor / heavyduty / dust and water environment? Not that I dunk it in water, but I work outside -sometimes it rain and ocasionally Im in dusty environment and lots of machine noise around and I still needs to talk on the phone in all that with hands free…..
