When you install an EHS (electronic hookswitch) cable on your Polycom desk phone, you'll need to adjust a few settings to enable this cable for remote call answering.

  2. Basic
  3. Preferences
  4. Headset
  5. Headset Memory > Enable
  6. Hookswitch Mode > Select the brand of headset you have (For Discover headsets select Jabra EHS)
