Plantronics CS55 Wireless Headset Setup Guide With APP-5 Hook

Step 1

Plug one end of your Plantronics APP-5 Hook Switch cable into the bottom back of your CS55 charging base.

Step 2

Plug the other end of your Plantronics APP-5 Hook Switch cable into the back of your Polycom desk phone into the HEADSET port and 5 pin connection port.

Step 3

Enable the Hook Switch control in your Polycom desk phone by the steps below.

1. Press menu
2. Settings
3. Basic
4. Preferences
5. Headset
6. Headset memory > Enable
7. Hook switch mode > Set to Plantronics EHS
8. Your phone will reboot and your headset is setup to answer/end calls away from the phone
