Adding the Yealink EHS36 adapter will enable the ability for you to answer/end calls when away from the phone on your Adapt 30 wireless headset. Follow this quick step by step setup guide!
Step 1
Connect the DHS15 connector into the back of your Adapt 30 charging base.
Step 2
Connect one end of the included RJ45 cable that came with your Yealink EHS36 into the DHS15 adapter.
Step 3
Plug the other end of the RJ45 cable into the EHS36 adapter box.
Step 4
Included with the Yealink EHS36 is also an RJ12 cord. Plug one end into the EHS36 adapter box.
Step 5
Plug the other end of the RJ12 cord into the EXT or EHS port of your Yealink desk phone.
Step 6
Included with your Adapt 30 wireless headset is an RJ9 phone cord. Plug one end into the back of the Adapt 30 charging base (labeled with a desk phone).
Step 7
Plug the other end of the RJ9 phone cord into the HEADSET PORT of your Yealink desk phone.
Your Discover Adapt 30 wireless headset is now setup and ready to be used on your Yealink desk phone. You'll now have the ability to answer/end calls up to 350 feet away from your Yealink desk phone by simply pressing the on/off button on your headset.
